TALL Job Coaches and Staff

A TALL Job Coach is responsible for helping clients to prepare for job interviews, recommending effective job search techniques, working with clients to enhance their job skills, and contacting potential business owners/managers to secure client employment.  Once employment is obtained, a job coach is to support clients in learning job tasks, developing accommodations needed on the job, and develop professional plans for growth within their current job position. 

  • Plan and implement a job coaching strategy and fading plan

  • Assess the professional strengths and weaknesses of the client

  • Discover what motivates clients and assist them in utilizing that motivation in the workplace

  • Present skills to aid people in job searches

  • Assist clients with disabilities in learning and excelling in their job functions

  • Create and update records and reports on progress
