Supported Employment:
Job Finding/Development
TALL job coaches support clients in obtaining jobs based on each client’s skill level, interests and community dynamics. It is important to TALL that coaches get to know each client in order to find the best place of employment for them. Activities include: resume development, interview preparation, completing applications, business networking, determining job modifications/accommodations, establishing natural supports, etc.
Supported Employment:
Job Coaching
TALL supports clients in reaching individual independent levels in order to maintain long term employment. TALL job coaches develop and implement effective coaching strategies to help clients overcome employment-related challenges, develop new skills, and perform job tasks to the satisfaction of the employer. Some activities include: job task instruction, creating accommodations, communicating with employers, assisting with appropriate interpersonal work relationships, etc.
Enhanced In Home & Community Habilitiation
This is a one one one service provided in the home and community settings to assist individuals in acquiring, maintaining, and improving self-help, domestic, socialization, and adaptive skills necessary to reside successfully in home and community-based settings.
Support Services
TALL provides tutoring services for high school and postsecondary education students. We also support clients in the area of time management, organizational skills, and test taking strategies. Support services may also include working with clients to become more independent at home and in their community with focus on math and literacy.
